AI can be too credulous. Or too conspiratorial. The trick is pushing inquiry right to the evidential limit — but no further. I built a tool for that. The “coffin corner” method of rational inquiry Now try to break it: newsletter.martingeddes.com/p/the-coffin-c…

Glad that others are finding Amplio helpful. It is our main harness for autonomous long research runs spanning days to weeks. It is heavily used by our team for automated AI research / RSI on top of the Simply codebase. Open sourced at: github.com/google-deepmin…

Harness matters. We test Gemini 3.1 Pro with amplio, a harness for robust and long-horizon runs and super fit for auto-research. We then get much better results than with Gemini CLI. Harness: github.com/google-deepmin… FrontierCS is an open-ended benchmark for Computer Science

TLDR: I built an explorer for Indian mutual fund data. If you're curious or just want to explore this data, try it out at …n-financial-data-explorer.netlify.app

Recently, I was trying to build out something on top of mutual fund data for my partner. I was annoyed to find how difficult it is to work with Indian MF data. SEBI mandates public disclosure of this data, but to even begin to use it, you need to practically set up your own ETL

So I made a thing. I built a little app that lets you listen to the Jeremy Irons SSE audio at your own pace, smoothly and seamlessly. So when you're actually on SSE, you can listen at the same pace as the ride. Give it a try and lemme know what you think! frankmakesstuff.itch.io/sse94
